It is not clear where to sign in at reception.

We Did: 
We moved the self-check in machine to a more prominent place and increased signage for the reception area. 

You Said: 
It’s frustrating when making a call to wait for a length time before we are able to get through to the practice.

We Did: 
We reviewed our staffing levels at our busiest times of the day.  We are also implementing a call back option.

You Said: 
The same day appointment system sometimes means I ring up on a day that my GP is not in. 

We Did: 
We made our GPs regular working days available online.  Our team are able to text you a link to the information if you need it. 

You Said: 
It is sometimes not clear where to speak at reception

We Did:
We have purchased a new speaker system to make it easier for you to hear us at reception.  This will be fitted very soon!
